These baked donuts are always a crowd pleaser. That moist, cake-like texture paired with the farm-fresh flavor of Seal the Seasons locally grown blueberries is a winning combination that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease donut pan well with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
STEP 3: In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder). In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, melted butter, and egg together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold blueberries into batter.
STEP 4: Place batter in piping bag (or plastic freezer bag with one corner cut off). Pipe batter into donut pan until the donut cavities are about ¾” full. Knock pan on countertop a couple times to get the dough to settle.
STEP 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are lightly browned and donuts are springy. Let cool.
STEP 6: While donuts are cooling, whisk glaze ingredients together. When donuts are cooled completely, dip tops of donut into glaze and enjoy!
