Blueberry Vanilla Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

2 ½ Cups Seal the Seasons Blueberries

3 Tbs. Honey

16oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt


Instructions

STEP 1: Let blueberries thaw slightly and place in blender. Add 2 Tbs. of honey and blend until combined.

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 Tbs. of honey and vanilla yogurt (we like to use Chobani).

STEP 3: Spoon about 2 Tbs. of the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Then add about 2 Tbs. of the blueberry mixture. Continue to layer the yogurt and blueberry mixture until the molds are full.

STEP 4: Place in the freezer for about an hour.

STEP 5: Insert popsicle sticks and continue to freeze until solid.
