For the last few months, we have been posting our favorite episodes from Food Tank’s podcast series, Food Talk. It is an informative show that follows the news and developments from within the local food space. This week Food Talk host Dani Nierenberg, sits down with activist, professor, and director of the Union of Concerned Scientists, Ricardo Salvador, to discuss a whole host of issues related to sustainable agriculture–from concerns related to a second swine flu pandemic to addressing how to get more young people involved in the agriculture space.

We invite you to check out this episode of Food Talk, and be sure to find more episodes of Food Talk on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Stitcher.
