Oven-roasted cauliflower is a simple, delicious, side dish that is a rich source of fiber, and is relatively easy to cook. But a question that we receive quite a bit is whether or not frozen cauliflower–such as the offerings available from Seal the Seasons–are okay to roast as well? In short, the answer is yes!
Roasting takes a little longer when using frozen vegetables, and they may not get quite as crispy if they still have ice on them–so consider thawing them before roasting if you want to enjoy a crispier texture profile. But with a little patience, however, you’ll be rewarded with a perfectly caramelized, flavorful side dish that requires minimal effort.
