3 Cups Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Granola
STEP 1: Thaw and drain frozen fruit.
STEP 2: Take 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt and place some into each of 4 tall glasses.
STEP 3: Add a layer of fruit in each glass, followed by a layer of granola.
STEP 4: Repeat layers of yogurt, fruit and granola until glasses are filled to the top.
STEP 5: Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
