Peach Ice Cream Recipe

3 Cups Seal the Seasons Peaches

3/4 Cup Whole Milk

2/3 Cup Sugar

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt


STEP 1: Place frozen peaches into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Remove from food processor and set aside.

STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine the milk, sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir in peaches.

STEP 3: Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.

STEP 4: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and let churn for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 5: Transfer ice cream to a container and leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours until firm.
