Sweet & Spicy Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients
4 Cups Seal the Seasons Cauliflower
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Siracha
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
STEP 1: Thaw and drain frozen cauliflower.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 3: Combine cauliflower, maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix until the cauliflower is well coated.
STEP 4: Spread the cauliflower loosely onto the baking sheet. Be sure not to overcrowd the cauliflower.
STEP 5: Bake until cauliflower is tender (about 30 minutes).
