Vegetable Fried Rice

1 Cup Seal the Seasons Vegetable Blend

3 Cups cooked rice (cold, leftover rice works best)

2 Tbs sesame oil (more or less to taste)

1 Small onion, chopped

23 Tablespoons soy sauce (more or less to taste)

2 eggs

Green onions (optional)

Other Vegetables (optional)


STEP 1: Thaw and drain Seal the Seasons Vegetable Blend.

STEP 2: Beat eggs and set aside.

STEP 3: Preheat large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil, onion and vegetable blend. Fry until vegetables are tender.

STEP 4: Push veggies to the side and add the beaten egg to the skillet. Scramble the egg and then mix with the vegetables as the egg starts to firm.

STEP 5: Add the rice, soy sauce, and more sesame oil (if needed). Continue stirring until heated through.
