Last week, we came to you with five fiber-rich vegetables to incorporate into your daily diet. Now, after some compilation, we wanted to come back with 50 recipes that you can incorporate into your daily diet around these vegetables. This list is another collection of both vegan and vegetarian recipes that you are sure to enjoy. Many of them are rich in protein and as you might suspect, rich in fiber. While we try to maintain a balance of 25 vegetarian and vegan recipes each, this time around our list features 35 vegan recipes along with 15 vegetarian recipes.
