Who needs take out? This beef and broccoli recipe can be made in less time than ordering delivery - and it's much healthier! Served with some simple white rice, it makes the perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
4 Cups Seal the Seasons Broccoli Florets (thawed)
1 lb Sirloin Beef (sliced)
3 Tbs. Cornstarch
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 Cup Soy sauce (we use low sodium)
3 Tbs. packed light brown sugar
2 Tsp. Fresh grated ginger
3 Tbs. Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup chopped onions
Directions In a bowl, combine 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 3 Tbs water. Add beef and mix until meat is coated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 Tbs. cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the beef until just cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Add remaining oil to wok (or skillet), along with broccoli and onion. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender.
Add the prepared sauce and bring mixture to a boil. Return beef to wok / skillet.
Continue to cook until sauce is thickened.
