Blue Dream Smoothie Recipe
If you’re not a morning person, smoothies are the ideal breakfast solution. It doesn’t get any easier to make and it’ll keep you satisfied until lunch! While this recipe is already full of nutrients, thanks to Seal the Seasons’ farm fresh blueberries, you can easily add powdered vitamins or additional fruits to make it into a nutritional powerhouse.
Blue Dream Smoothie
- 3/4–1 Cup Almond, Coconut or Oat Milk
- 4 Tbsp Yogurt
- 8 – 10 oz Seal the Seasons Blueberries
Add all ingredients to the blender and continue to blend until the desired consistency is reached.
