STEP 1: Thaw blueberries and pat dry with paper towel.
STEP 2: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar.
STEP 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla and milk.
STEP 4: Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Mix in the melted butter. Lastly, fold blueberries into batter
STEP 5: Heat griddle to medium-low heat with butter or oil. Scoop pancake batter (1/4 cup at a time) and fry in hot griddle until both sides are golden brown.
