Using only a few simple ingredients and honey as a natural sweetener, you can indulge without the guilt. Plus, they come out looking gorgeous. So, break out those popsicle molds and enjoy!
Blueberry Vanilla Popsicles
2 ½ Cups Seal the Seasons Blueberries
3 Tbs. Honey
16oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Let blueberries thaw slightly and place in blender. Add 2 Tbs. of honey and blend until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 Tbs. of honey and vanilla yogurt (we like to use Chobani).
Spoon about 2 Tbs. of the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Then add about 2 Tbs. of the blueberry mixture. Continue to layer the yogurt and blueberry mixture until the molds are full.
Place in the freezer for about an hour.
Insert popsicle sticks and continue to freeze until solid.
