This simple, hassle-free Frozen Berry French Toast Bake recipe is perfect for hosting company and is absolutely delicious! Our frozen berries are the perfect topping to this sweet brunch dish and really pack a flavorful punch!
Frozen Berry French Toast Bake
1¾ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 loaf of French bread, cubed
12 oz of Seal the Seasons Berry Blend
2 tbsp cold butter
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
Powdered sugar + maple syrup for topping!
First, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut French bread into roughly 1in. x 1in. cubes and place evenly in a 13x9in. baking dish coated in non-stick cooking spray.
Pour egg mixture over top of bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Once ready to cook, remove dish from refrigerator and preheat oven to 350°. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Time for the topping! Add packed brown sugar into a small mixing bowl, and cut in butter slices. Combine until crumbly mixture forms.
Remove dish from oven. Top with berries and brown sugar crumble. Bake uncovered for about 15-20 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Remove and top with powered sugar and/or a drizzle of maple syrup!
