Goat Cheese Crostini
1 Cup Seal the Seasons Fruit (Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Peaches)
1 French Baguette (sliced)
8oz Goat Cheese
2 Tablespoons Honey (plus some for drizzling)
Thaw and drain frozen fruit.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake until lightly toasted. (about 10 -12 minutes)
Mix the goat cheese and honey together. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted bread. Top with fruit.
Drizzle a little extra honey on each crostini before serving.
