A healthy, homemade yogurt parfait can be the perfect breakfast, dessert, or mid-day snack. If you're looking to prepare them in advance for a quick grab-and-go meal, simply assemble the fruit and yogurt layers and place a piece of plastic wrap on top. Then place the granola on top of the plastic wrap before covering and storing in the refrigerator - it'll keep the granola from getting soggy!
3 Cups Seal the Seasons Fruit
3 Cups Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Granola
Thaw and drain frozen fruit.
Take 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt and place some into each of 4 tall glasses.
Add a layer of fruit in each glass, followed by a layer of granola.
Repeat layers of yogurt, fruit and granola until glasses are filled to the top.
Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
