One of the most beloved appetizers, spinach artichoke dip is perfect for any gathering. And like most things, it tastes better when it's homemade. It's simple enough to whip up at the last minute, but it's also great when you're looking for a dish that you can prepare in advance. Just mix it up the day before, and leave it in the refrigerator until you're ready to heat and serve.
