Sweet & Spicy Baked Cauliflower
4 Cups Seal the Seasons Cauliflower
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Siracha
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
Thaw and drain frozen cauliflower.
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine cauliflower, maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix until the cauliflower is well coated.
Spread the cauliflower loosely onto the baking sheet. Be sure not to overcrowd the cauliflower.
Bake until cauliflower is tender (about 30 minutes).
