- STEP 1: Pour ½ Cup (4-5 oz) of Smoothie Kit contents into blender. We recommend 6 Blue Spirulina Superfood Gems.
- STEP 2: Add about 1 – 1 ½ Cups of your preferred liquid (Water, Coconut Water, Almond or Oat Milk). Blend mixture thoroughly until smoothie reaches desired thickness.
